Typically, banners are intended for short term messages ie: “Sale On Now”  “Merry Christmas”. Outdoor banners experience moderate to extreme environmental conditions, that eventually over time, will cause the banner deteriorate or fade.  Mesh banners can withstand the elements, but the higher the winds or, the more sun exposure the banner gets, the faster it will deteriorate. North facing lasts 4 times longer that south facing. Banners that are restricted from movement, despite becoming stiff, can last for up to 7 years or more.
